What you buy
You upload 4 to 8 photos of yourself and receive AI-generated headshots, 4 in each style. Every plan is paid once:
- Basic, $39.99: 40 headshots in 10 styles you pick from our 100.
- Pro, $59.99: 80 headshots in 20 styles you pick, one of which can be a look you describe yourself, and a 4K version of any headshot you choose.
- Executive, $79.99: 120 headshots in 30 styles you pick, up to 3 of which can be looks you describe yourself, and a 4K version of any headshot you choose.
Each plan also includes changes you type in your gallery (Basic 5, Pro 10, Executive 20). Each change makes one new version of a headshot and keeps the original. A change that can't be made is not counted. Changes must keep to the rules under "Your photos".
Styles you leave unpicked are chosen for you. Headshots are usually ready within two hours of uploading. From your upload page you can move up one plan for $20 (Basic to Pro, Pro to Executive), which adds 40 headshots in 10 more styles. If your headshots were already delivered, we ask you to upload your selfies again for the extra ones.
Who can use Headr
You must be 18 or older. By uploading, you confirm that you are.
Your photos
Upload only photos of yourself. If you bought headshots for someone else, send them the upload link so they upload their own photos and give their own consent. Do not upload photos of anyone else, of anyone under 18, or photos you do not have the right to use. Before any photo is uploaded we ask for your consent to process it, including the features of your face, as described in our photo and biometric data policy.
What you may not do
You may not use Headr or your headshots to pretend to be someone else, to make fake identity documents, to deceive or harass anyone, or to make sexual or nude images. Changes you type must keep to these rules. We may close an order that breaks them, without a refund.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Your headshots are digital content made for you. When you start your order you ask us to begin right away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once we begin. This does not affect the refund below.
Refunds
You can look at all your headshots before downloading any. If they don't look like you, email us within 7 days of delivery and before downloading any headshot, and we will refund you in full. Downloading a headshot counts as using it. We may decline a refund if the uploaded photos did not follow our photo guidelines (for example sunglasses, hats, filters or other people in the photo). If something goes wrong on our side and your headshots are never delivered, we refund you in full.
Using your headshots
You may use your headshots for personal and work purposes, such as LinkedIn, resumes, company websites and social media.
AI results
Headshots are created by AI and can contain small mistakes, for example in hands or background details. Pick the ones you like best.
Each headshot file says in its metadata that it was made with AI, as EU law requires of AI-generated images. You are responsible for how you use your headshots, including any rule where you use them that asks you to say an image was made with AI.
Our liability
If something goes wrong on our side, the most we owe you is what you paid for the order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the consumer law where you live. We may update these terms; the version that applied when you ordered applies to your order.
