Where are my headshots?

We email you a private link to your gallery when they are ready, usually within two hours of uploading. You can also log in to your studio with your email address to see all your orders.

I have not received an email from us

Check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, write to us from the email address you used at checkout.

My headshots don't look like me

Reply to our email or write to us within 7 days of delivery, before downloading any headshot, and we refund you in full. You can also fix details by typing a change in your gallery.

I want my photos deleted now

Your selfies are deleted as soon as your headshots are made, and your headshots 30 days after delivery. Write to us and we delete them earlier.

I was charged and don't recognize it

Payments for Headr appear on your statement as LINK.COM* HEADR.AI. Write to us with the date and amount and we will help.
